You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not, please check your spam folder to locate and retrieve it.
Packing and dispatch
In order to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible, we aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours (2 working days).
With advanced ordering, processing and shipping systems in place, you can be confident that once payment has been made your order is en-route within 48 hours.
* If we anticipate a delay you will be advised via email or telephonically.
* If you have any questions regarding the lead time or status of your order, you are more than welcome to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org . We would be delighted to clarify the location of your package.
* If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched, we will refund the full amount and notify you within 48 hours.
Telephonic Order & Payments
We do not accept or facilitate order/payments telephonically for security reasons. We prefer to process credit cards and electronic transfers via a secure payment platform within your control, with your consent and with an official paper trail throughout.
Payments on the Fusion Labs Website are processed by our gateway partner, PayFast (PTY) Ltd. A company and site that enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.
VISA, MasterCard, as well as Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) from ABSA Bank, First National Bank, Nedbank and Standard Bank are accepted. UKash vouchers are also acceptable forms of payment, but limited to a maximum transaction value of R3,000.
Our aim is to process, dispatch and expedite delivery of your order. There is therefore only a small window of opportunity in which to cancel your order.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it, as it is likely to be in the custody of the courier company.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com so we can attempt to reverse it.
For fast, efficient and reliable delivery we select premium shipping options for every order dispatched.
International Clients should refer to the order form and select how many units they wish to purchase. The corresponding shipping costs can be calculated using the provisional shipping calculator on the “My Cart” page or it will be automatically calculated when completing your billing and shipping information.
Delivery in South Africa is free.

We strive to package items as securely as possible, however negligent handling in transit can occasionally cause damage, a situation which is beyond our control.
Please report any damages to the Fusion Labs customer service departments and we will assist you with your problem.
Please stipulate the damage that has occurred and which item/s are affected.
Please do not dispose of any item/s or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to investigate and liaise with the couriers and customs.
We apologise if we have shipped the incorrect item.
Please report this to any Fusion Labs customer service departments specifying which product you have received and we will ensure we explore and rectify any mistakes made.
South African orders are delivered within 96 hours (4 Working days). International delivery times differ, depending on country, pending regulations, customs and clearance.
If no unforeseen circumstances or delays are encountered most orders are delivered within 21 days of dispatch.
Occasionally circumstances beyond Fusion Labs control can occur with either the carriers and/or the country’s customs authority, resulting in unexpected delays.
Together with World Net Couriers we are however always on hand to resolve any problems for you.

Packages are listed and can be only be tracked 48 hours after you have placed your order, using your way bill number as reference. This will have to be provided to you by Fusion Labs upon request.
In the event of a problem your personal details as well as order number will suffice.
You can trust that our designated customer service team will also be tracking your shipment to ensure punctual delivery.
* If for any reason your order cannot be delivered, we will notify you specifying the reason.
Duty, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges:
All packages will be shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis.
Any applicable duties or taxes are your responsibility. Where required, the purchaser is responsible for vat, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing nutritional supplements.
We generally do not have any problems with international shipments, as the products we offer are legal in most countries.
Cost of Customs Duties, Taxes, Tariffs:
Duties, taxes and tariff costs vary from country to country and we therefore cannot even give you an estimate.
There are many factors that are taken into consideration when determining these costs and we encourage you to enquire about these costs prior to purchase.
If these costs are applicable they will most likely be charged, at the time of delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery for any reason, we are unable to refund the cost of the product or shipment.
Customs and International Laws
We ship to most countries and therefore cannot possibly keep up with all their laws and regulations. It is therefore important to familiarise yourself with what is legally permissible.
Despite our willingness to assist you in this regard we hope you understand our position.
We encourage you to therefore communicate and clarify with your country’s customs office, whether the selected products are allowed in your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the customs. This responsibility rests with you to ascertain whether that shipment is allowed.
Product intercepted by Customs:
Due to circumstances beyond the control of Fusion Labs, some international orders may get intercepted and checked by customs.
If your package is intercepted by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely be confiscated, destroyed or returned. In this event we are unable to reimburse either the transport and/or product costs.
Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable.
But if for any reason the products ordered are seized, confiscated, destroyed by customs officials, Fusion Labs is not responsible.
We do not issue refunds. If for any reason we need to query the items, all products are to be returned to Fusion Labs unused and in their original condition, at your cost. During the Corona period no orders shall be returned.
If we ever arrange return delivery, the customer is liable for both shipping charges as Fusion Labs would have already incurred these costs.
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size of the package, handling costs and method of delivery.
Product Confiscated or Destroyed by Customs:
If the package is not returned to Fusion Labs or if it is confiscated and/or destroyed, we will not be liable for refund of any part of the purchase price.
We hope you can understand the reasons. Fusion Labs duty is to clearly follow the customer’s instructions and laws of each country, which if the client is unfamiliar with, can cause the product to be seized.
From experience though, most orders pass customs problem free.
General Terms and Conditions

In order to save costs and depending on the country, products are shipped in identical pre-printed glass or plastic containers.
Currency and Pricing Disclaimer
Rates are converted into major currencies for your convenience.
Currency exchange rates fluctuate. The converted price you see on the “My Cart” page is an estimate of the amount.
The currency and amount you see displayed on the “Checkout” page when finalising an order is the total amount that will be billed.
Coupon Terms and Conditions
Coupons are issued under specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used.
As a general rule, and unless specified otherwise on the Coupon itself:
each Coupon can only be used once.
only one Coupon can be used per order.
only one Coupon can be used on the website, per person, per promotion/offer.
the Coupon must be used at check-out, it cannot be used later on existing/fulfilled orders.
each Coupon remains valid for a certain period only.
to successfully use the Coupon, a minimum amount must be met.
the Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with another Special/Sale.
the Coupon is only valid on items available in stock.
the value of the Coupon will be set off against the value of your shopping basket.
Coupons cannot be used to buy Vouchers or other Coupons, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable to any other person.
Coupon Refunds and Cancellations:
Where you have used a Coupon to pay for an order, and you later cancel your order prior to delivery, or you log a return for a credit in accordance with the Returns Policy, the value of the Fixed Coupon/discount received using the Percentage Coupon, will be deducted from the purchase price of the cancelled or returned product(s) (as applicable), and we will credit your account for the balance, if any (or refund you if that is your preference).
Coupons are issued at Fusion Laboratories sole discretion. Users do not have a right to Coupons, and Coupons cannot be earned.
