Rarely do we stop to celebrate a milestone. It is in our company’s nature to continuously look around the corner for what must come next. But today, after another year of promoting health and amidst all the seasons’ festivities, I would like to take a moment to reach out and acknowledge your contribution.

As I reflect on the year passed, I am reminded of your great value. I am grateful for your continuous support and loyalty. The interest you demonstrate in our products is moving.

Building a company is no doubt a collaboration. As a tireless advocate, you have supported Trichotin, Dermagen and now Duo Calm. You have helped steer our brand in the right direction. For that, we are grateful.

For more than three years before starting Fusion Labs we believed that people would pay a premium for high quality multi-nutrients. We carefully scrutinised formulations to ensure innovation and quality. We worked diligently to review delicate manufacturing processes and ingredients, all with the aim of becoming the leading nutritional brand.

Upon maturity of the brand, having now been around for ten years, we still have much to learn and grow.

We are proud of many processes including creating a culture that drives speed, quality. respect, fun and legendary service. Other processes are still being refined, but I can assure you that every day we leave our egos at the door and come to work with the intention of enhancing the Fusion Labs Experience and doing something special. 2020 will be no different.

There is a fine line between confidence and over-promise. We do not intend to cross it. But we will continue to serve and inspire, develop, improve, research, innovate and hone our crafts, till we become the leading global healthy authority.

Fusion Labs will be closing for the festive season between the 18th of December and the 6th of January 2020.
